Mr. Mondino is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s FinTech Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Mondino was an Associate within Lazard’s Financial Institutions and Technology groups, where he was instrumental in closing numerous transactions in the asset management, payments, and software sectors, among others. Before that, he spent five years at Mastercard in various departments, including enterprise strategy and corporate development.
Mr. Mondino holds a B.A. in History from Amherst College and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
