Ms. Bucanac is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. She has extensive experience in the valuation of illiquid and hard-to-value assets across various sectors and geographies. Ms. Bucanac is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Bucanac was a Senior Associate in Duff & Phelps’s London office within the Valuation Advisory team. She also completed a graduate training programme in financial audit at Deloitte LLP, London, specialising in infrastructure, real estate, and professional service companies.
Ms. Bucanac holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Zagreb, Croatia, and a MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
