Ms. Xue is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. She has extensive experience providing valuation analyses and opinions for businesses, equity interests, and intangible assets for financial reporting, tax, and strategic planning purposes, including in connection with acquisitions, financing, and corporate restructuring. Ms. Xue’s work encompasses purchase price allocations, goodwill and asset impairments, equity interests, equity compensation, and IP valuations. She is based in the firm’s New York office.
Ms. Xue has performed valuations for public and private companies, private equity and venture capital firms, and closely held businesses across a broad range of industries, including financial services, technology, business services, consumer goods, industrials, and healthcare.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Xue was a Manager at Empire Valuation Consultants. Earlier, she worked as a Senior Associate at Marshall & Stevens and a Research Analyst at China Re New York Liaison Office.
Ms. Xue holds a B.S. from Beijing Technology and Business University as well as M.S. degrees from Peking University and the University of Hong Kong. She is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
