Mr. Li is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. With more than a decade of M&A advisory experience, he advised on M&A transactions within the automotive industry as well as various cross-border projects related to business in China. Mr. Li is based in the firm’s Tokyo office.
Previously, Mr. Li was an Associate within the Automotive & Technology team at GCA Corporation, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before that, he worked for Toyota Financial Service in China, engaging in projects related to mobility service. Earlier, Mr. Li worked as an advisor for Mizuho Bank China in Shanghai.
Mr. Li holds an MBA from Keio University.
