Anthony Forshaw

Mr. Forshaw is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets Advisory, Europe, at Houlihan Lokey. He is based in the firm’s London office.

Mr. Forshaw joined the firm in December 2016 following a 25-year career at Deutsche Bank, where he held a number of roles, most recently serving as Managing Director in the Leveraged Debt Capital Markets team. He was responsible for a broad range of capital markets activities, including origination, structuring, and execution of large-cap, sub-investment grade financings, crossover/IPO loan-related financings, and related interest rate, currency, and cross-border risk structuring. Since starting the Houlihan Lokey European team in January 2017, Mr. Forshaw has overseen more than €15 billion of financing capital raised in over 60 deals.

Over his career, Mr. Forshaw has helped lead some of the largest ever LBOs executed in the EMEA region as well as some of the largest infrastructure transactions arranged in Europe, serving as left lead and advising on more than €70 billion worth of financings.

Mr. Forshaw studied Modern History at Oxford University.
