Mr. Martino is Global Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group, focusing on raising debt and equity capital to support refinancings, recapitalizations, restructurings, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and growth capital initiatives as well as advising companies on a wide range of capital structure matters. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Martino co-led the Alternative Capital Markets Group at both Sagent Advisors and UBS. While at Sagent and UBS, he leveraged his deep relationships in the private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, and mezzanine debt communities to originate, structure, and privately place capital to support client growth and acquisition initiatives as well as facilitate recapitalizations. He also advised corporate and financial sponsor clients on structured debt and minority equity investments.
Mr. Martino graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Colgate University with bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Economics. He also holds a J.D. and an MBA from Emory University and is a licensed member of the New York State Bar.
