Mr. Yu is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group. He has experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (sellside and buyside), working with a variety of clients such as owner-managers, private equity houses, and corporates. Mr. Yu is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Yu worked in the Consumer M&A team at KPMG, where he was primarily focused on the food and beverage sector, including food retail and food logistics. Before that, he was a member of the M&A team at Grant Thornton. Mr. Yu began his career in the audit team at EY.
Mr. Yu holds a BA in Economics from Newcastle University and holds a CA qualification from the Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
