Ms. Saini is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services practice. She has more than 15 years of experience providing corporate finance advisory, business modeling, and M&A integration to numerous clients in various sectors. Ms. Saini’s expertise includes financial planning and analysis, deal evaluation, and transaction integration. Her focus is on model development and model review to inform clients’ strategic and operational decision-making. Ms. Saini is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Saini was an Acquisitions Integration Lead for Ernst & Young’s Finance and Accounting team, focusing on the firm’s acquisitions integration and Day One readiness. For more than 10 years, she worked as a Transaction Advisory professional, focusing on both standardized and bespoke models for the purposes of corporate and strategic planning, financial projections, deal analysis, and valuation analysis. Before that, Ms. Saini was a Vice President at Rodman & Renshaw, where she worked extensively on IPO readiness, capital raising, investor roadshow presentations, S-1 preparation and review, and modeling support. Earlier, she was an Associate in Duff & Phelps’ Strategic Value Advisory team, where she created business models to support portfolio valuations for major private equity funds.
Ms. Saini holds a B.Com. in Accounting from Calcutta University, an M.S. in Finance from ICFAI, and an MBA from Zicklin School of Business.
