Mr. Borah is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has extensive experience advising clients on financial restructuring and special situations and has been involved in a number of restructuring transactions across both developed and emerging markets. Mr. Borah is based in the firm’s London office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Borah was an Associate at Moelis, where he focused on advisory across restructuring, M&A, and industrials sector coverage. Before that, he worked as an Analyst in the international M&A team at Wells Fargo.
Mr. Borah holds a BSc in Business from the University of Bath.
