Mr. Williford is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Oil & Gas Group. He is based in the firm’s Houston office.
Previously, Mr. Williford was a Vice President at Intrepid Financial Partners, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2026. Before that, he worked for Greenfield Midstream. Earlier, Mr. Williford was an Associate in the Oil & Gas Group at Moelis & Company, advising on various strategic advisory, merger, acquisition, and restructuring transactions.
Mr. Williford holds a B.A. in Economics with honors from The University of the South and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University.
