Ms. Zobrist is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s national Accounting and Financial Reporting Advisory service offering. She advises clients on complex technical accounting issues that arise in the M&A process and in debt and equity capital raises. Ms. Zobrist is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Zobrist worked for EY, where she focused on derivatives and financial instruments, debt and equity, business combinations, and consolidation. Before that, she worked for the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and was involved with the post-implementation review of ASC 842 leases. Ms. Zobrist also has several years of accounting and finance experience in small and medium businesses.
Ms. Zobrist holds a B.S. and a Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.
