Ms. de Paravicini is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. She is based in the firm’s London office.
Previously, Ms. de Paravicini was a Vice President at GCA Altium, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Prior to joining GCA in 2021, she was part of the TMT teams at Rothschild & Co., RBC Capital Markets, and the Technology team at Barclays.
She has advised financial sponsor and corporate clients on over $10 billion of public and private M&A transactions, in addition to debt and equity financing projects.
Ms. de Paravicini holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from Imperial College London and held a QUEST Scholarship from the Institution of Civil Engineers.
