Ayesha Korman

Vice President

Ms. Korman is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. She is based in the firm’s London office.

Ms. Korman has extensive experience advising private equity, venture capital, private credit, and other institutional investors on the valuation of illiquid and hard-to-value assets, including equity, debt, and structured investments. She has also delivered fairness and valuation opinions across a broad range of sectors and geographies.

Ms. Korman has particular expertise in the banking and financial institutions sector, having delivered fairness and valuation opinions in connection with transactions involving European banks, specialty finance companies, and lending platforms.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Korman was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Nomura, where she focused on transactions involving banks and insurance companies. Earlier in her career, she was a Commodity Research Analyst at JPMorgan Chase, specialising in pricing and risk analytics for commodities futures and derivatives.

Ms. Korman holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Delhi and an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
