Mr. Chiu is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Valuation Advisory Services practice within the Financial and Valuation Advisory business, focusing on complex securities. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Chiu provides corporate clients with solutions related to valuing complex financial instruments and derivatives, pricing risk across the capital structure, and performing statistical analyses. His responsibilities include tax and financial reporting, fairness and transaction opinions, and business valuations.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Chiu completed various internships in accounting and finance.
Mr. Chiu holds degrees in both Economics and Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley
