Mr. Wood is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group, where he focuses primarily on industrial technology. He is based in the firm’s Manchester office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Wood was an Assistant Director at Deloitte. Having joined Deloitte’s M&A team in 2017, he advised on many national and international transactions acting on both the sellside and buyside for entrepreneurs, large corporates, and private equity firms.
Mr. Wood holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds. He is a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW.
