Mr. Tullos is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He has worked extensively across the human capital management sector, working on both sellside and buyside M&A advisory and other strategic alternatives engagements. Mr. Tullos is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Tullos’ recent transactions include the sale of Host Healthcare to Medical Solutions; the sale of Neudesic to IBM (NYSE:IBM); the acquisition of S.i. Systems by Cornell Capital and TorQuest Partners; the sale of ettain group to Manpower (NYSE:MAN); the sale of American Health Staffing Group to Littlejohn & Co.; the sale of Magenic to Cognizant (NYSE:CTSH); and the sale of ettain group and Global Employment Solutions to A&M Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Tullos worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (n.k.a. Truist Securities). He also held a role in sales at BitPay, Inc.
Mr. Tullos graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance.
