Mr. Duquesne is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Consumer Group, focused on the out-of-home entertainment, sport, travel, and active lifestyle subsectors. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Mr. Duquesne brings significant M&A expertise, advising leadership teams, financial sponsors, and both public and private companies in the consumer sector. His experience spans global assignments across diverse end markets, including leisure parks, OTAs, consumer goods and products, and sports.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Duquesne worked at Audere Partners, operating under the Natixis Partners brand, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2026. While at Natixis Partners, he conducted more than 40 transactions in France and Europe. Previously, Mr. Duquesne was a Manager in the Transaction Services practice at Deloitte in Paris.
Mr. Duquesne holds a master’s degree in Management with a focus in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School.
