Mr. Peluchiwski founded and is Global Head of the firm’s Industrials Group, which comprises aerospace, automotive, metals and engineered materials, defense, chemicals, plastics and packaging, infrastructure and building products, industrial technologies, and capital goods as well as other related sectors. As Chairman of the firm’s Corporate Finance business, he works closely with other senior members of the Corporate Finance team in the management of efforts in Europe and Asia. Mr. Peluchiwski has played a leading role in the development of Houlihan Lokey’s global practice and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance board of directors and Corporate Finance New Business Committee. He was also a member of Houlihan Lokey’s board of directors prior to the firm’s IPO in August 2015. Mr. Peluchiwski is based in the firm’s Chicago office.
Mr. Peluchiwski has worked in investment banking for more than three decades, advising clients in M&A domestic and cross-border transactions, financial restructurings, and financings. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, he consulted on intellectual property and joint venture transactions. Earlier, he traded derivative equity securities on the Chicago Board Options Exchange and futures on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Mr. Peluchiwski holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.
