Mr. Roth is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. He is experienced in providing financial advisory and valuation services to public and private clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, spinoffs, asset sales, and ESOP-related transactions.
Mr. Roth is also active in the firm’s Transaction Opinions practice, rendering fairness, solvency, and other transaction-based valuation opinions to companies, boards of directors, special committees, and other fiduciaries.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Roth was a Senior Consulting Associate at RSM US LLP, providing financial investigation and dispute services primarily to middle-market clients.
Mr. Roth holds a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
