Mr. Ber is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Since joining the firm in 2022, Mr. Ber has been involved in a wide range of in-court and out-of-court restructurings, liability management transactions, and distressed M&A situations, working on behalf of both debtors and creditors. He has experience across a variety of industries, including building products, real estate, technology, media, telecommunications, business services, automotive, and shipping. Selected engagements include WeWork, Dynata, Vice Media, Vobev, and Eagle Bulk.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ber advised Fortune 1000 clients as a strategy consultant focused on supply chain optimization.
Mr. Ber holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
