Mr. Bowman is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group, focusing on aerospace, defense, and government. He has nearly a decade of investment banking experience, focused primarily on the defense, government, and space technology and services industries. Mr. Bowman is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
During his career, Mr. Bowman has advised on more than 15 M&A and financing transactions worth over $6 billion collectively for a variety of public and private clients. He has worked with some of the most prolific private equity groups in the industry, including Arlington Capital Partners, AE Industrial Partners, Kanders & Company, and Veritas Capital, as well as strategic acquirers such as Boeing, Iridium Communications, and TransDigm Group.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Bowman was an Associate at Credit Suisse and an Analyst at J.P. Morgan.
Mr. Bowman holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Intelligence Analysis, both from James Madison University. He holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and he is a CFA charterholder.
