Mr. Christensen is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s global Industrials Group, focusing on industrial technology. He has nearly two decades of experience across North America, Europe, and Asia. Mr. Christensen is based in the firm’s New York office.
During his career, Mr. Christensen has advised both public and private companies on a broad range of transactions, including sellside and buyside M&A, corporate divestitures, and capital raises. Recent transactions include the sales of LeanTeq to EnPro, Redflex to Verra Mobility, and Filling Machines & Systems to The Middleby Corporation, and advising EnPro on its acquisitions of NxEdge and Alluxa, Howden on its acquisition of Compressor Products International, and Arcline on its acquisition of Chargepoint Technology.
Previously, Mr. Christensen was a Director at GCA Advisors prior to its acquisition by Houlihan Lokey in 2021. Before joining GCA, he spent six years at DC Advisory in New York and London, focusing on industrials and industrial technology. Mr. Christensen began his career as a Corporate/M&A lawyer at Linklaters in London and Hong Kong.
Mr. Christensen holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honors and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland.
