Bobby Wolfe


Mr. Wolfe is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group. His practice embraces all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and the issuance of debt and equity capital. Mr. Wolfe is based in the firm’s Miami office.

Mr. Wolfe has experience in more than $17 billion worth of transaction value and has garnered industry accolades, including multiple “Deal of the Year Awards” from the industry’s most discerning professional organizations for his dedication to client service and industry-defining transactions.

Mr. Wolfe began his investment banking career with Morgan Stanley in Silicon Valley and later joined Houlihan Lokey from Raymond James & Associates. Outside of banking, he has guest lectured at various universities, is a dedicated mentor, passionate competitor, and retired Air Force officer with more than 2,300 total flying hours, including 189 combat hours into some of the most hostile airspaces and austere locations around the world.

Mr. Wolfe completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Air Force Academy and earned an M.A. from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from Harvard Business School. While at Harvard Business School, he was honored to be a Morgan Stanley Fellow, Robert Toigo Fellow, Truman National Security Fellow, and an active officer in both the Latino Student Organization and Armed Forces Alumni Association.
