Mr. Tseng is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business, where he is active in the firm’s Fund Opinions practice. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to re-joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Tseng was a member of the capital formation team at Generate Capital. Previously, he was a member of the private capital advisory groups at both Houlihan Lokey and Campbell Lutyens, where he advised on secondary transactions, including continuation vehicles, fund financing, and LP portfolio trades. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tseng was in the investment banking division of Solomon Partners and UBS.
Mr. Tseng holds a B.S. in Commerce with distinction from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Columbia Business School at Columbia University.
