Mr. Boggess is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He leverages his deep finance and operational expertise as well as his senior-level relationships with countless private equity and private credit managers for the benefit of the firm and its clients. Mr. Boggess is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Boggess was the Head of Asset Management for Blackstone. While there, he was responsible for driving operational improvement in the portfolio, overseeing the most challenged investments, and monitoring portfolio company performance. Before that, Mr. Boggess led private equity asset management for Hudson Advisors, the asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds. Early in his career, he was a management consultant and turnaround advisor at AlixPartners.
Mr. Boggess holds a B.S. in Management from Tulane University. He was an Armor Officer in the United States Army.
