Mr. Breslow is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group, where he focuses on M&A and capital raising for healthcare companies. He has been involved in numerous transactions across healthcare services and multisite healthcare. In addition, Mr. Breslow co-leads the Healthcare Group’s coverage efforts in the home health and hospice and behavioral health sectors. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Mr. Breslow’s recent notable transactions include the divestiture of Heartland Hospice and Home Health to Gentiva; the carve-out of American Health Partners’ hospice and home health division to Addus; and advising Apollo Hybrid Value in connection with the physician-led buyout of GI Alliance as well as Dentive Holdings in connection with a strategic investment from HGGC.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Breslow was a Vice President at Edgemont Partners, where he focused on sellside and buyside M&A transactions across healthcare services, including post-acute care, behavioral health, and physician practice management.
Mr. Breslow holds a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Michigan as well as a J.D. and an MBA degrees from Columbia University.
