Mr. Vo is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he performs sellside and buyside M&A advisory, debt and equity financings, strategic alternatives assessments, and valuations. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to rejoining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Vo was an investment professional at Ares Management, where he focused on completing debt and structured equity investments in middle-market companies across a variety of industries. Before that, he was a member of Houlihan Lokey’s Technology, Media & Telecom Group in New York, and he began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at CG Petsky Prunier.
Mr. Vo holds a B.B.A. in Accountancy and English from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
