Mr. Wheeler is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Aerospace, Defense & Government practice. He possesses nearly a decade of investment banking experience, focused primarily on the government technology and services industry. Mr. Wheeler has worked with some of the most prolific private equity groups in the industry, including AE Industrial Partners, H.I.G., Macquarie Capital, and Veritas Capital, as well as strategic acquirers such as American Institutes for Research, Guidehouse, Leidos, and York Space Systems. He is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Wheeler was a Senior Analyst for Quazar Capital, a boutique sellside M&A advisory firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Mr. Wheeler holds a B.S. from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, with a major in Economics and a minor in Psychology.
