Mr. Ross is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He specializes in financial restructuring, liability management, M&A, and financing transactions across multiple industries, including technology, telecommunications, software, and consumer. Mr. Ross advises companies and creditors on a range of in-court and out-of-court restructuring and recapitalization transactions. His notable transactions include Lumen, Intelsat, Diebold, Avaya, Cyxtera Technologies, Riverbed, Lucky Brand, and Alliance Healthcare Services. Mr. Ross is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ross was a member of PIMCO’s Product Strategy Group in Newport Beach, California, and New York, where he focused on the investment strategy of the PIMCO Income Funds.
Mr. Ross holds a B.B.A. in Finance and International Business, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University.
