Mr. Ryan is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Transaction Advisory Services practice. He focuses on M&A advisory and due diligence assistance for technology and cybersecurity. Mr. Ryan is based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Mr. Ryan has more than two decades of technical and finance experience specializing in ERP implementations and migrations, customized software solutions, BI analytics, IT spend analysis, risk avoidance, and compliance. He has converted and integrated companies with valuations ranging from $5 million to more than $15 billion and has a wide array of IT and finance experience through multiple divestitures.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ryan served as Director of IT for ADT Commercial, a vertically based fire and security company, which is a leader in installation, test and inspection, integration, service, and monitoring. Before that, he worked for Red Hawk Fire & Security.
Mr. Ryan holds a B.A. from the University of California, Davis, and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Florida Institute of Technology. He is a former Sage certified consultant.
