Mr. Ferreira is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s global Technology Group, focusing on semiconductor technology and advanced electronics and systems. During his career, he has advised both public and private companies on a broad range of transactions, including sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures, and capital raises. Mr. Ferreira has nearly a decade of experience. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Ferreira was an analyst at GCA Advisors, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2021, where he covered application software. Before joining GCA Advisors, he began his career at SOLIC Capital in Chicago, focusing on restructuring and special situations.
Mr. Ferreira holds a dual B.B.A. with a concentration in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Economics from Loyola University Chicago.
