Mr. Ierubino is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Technology Group. He has an extensive track record of advising technology firms and financial sponsors on public and private transactions, spanning mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, joint ventures, IPOs, capital raises, and restructurings. Mr. Ierubino is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Ierubino was a Managing Director at Evercore.
Mr. Ierubino holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
