Mr. Martin is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group, where he focuses on M&A and capital raising for healthcare companies. He is responsible for co-leading the firm’s coverage efforts in multi-site healthcare, including physical therapy and radiology. Mr. Martin is based in the firm’s New York office.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Martin has closed more than 50 transactions, including sellside and buyside M&A, debt and equity capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments for public and private companies. His notable transactions include Summit Health’s sale to VillageMD, Pivot Physical Therapy’s sale to Athletico, Centerbridge’s acquisition of Medical Solutions, CORA Health Solutions’ sale to H.I.G. Capital, SimonMed’s sale to American Securities, AdaptHealth’s acquisition of AeroCare, Help at Home’s sale to Centerbridge and Vistria, 21st Century Oncology’s sale to GenesisCare, Hospice Compassus’ sale to TowerBrook and Ascension, and Center for Diagnostic Imaging’s sale to Wellspring.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Martin was a senior member of Jefferies’ healthcare services M&A team. Before that, he was an Investment Banking Associate at SSG Capital Advisors and a Vice President in the valuation advisory practice of Duff & Phelps.
Mr. Martin holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.
