Mr. Sargenti is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Sargenti was at Greenhill, where he advised both public and private companies on a broad range of transactions, including sellside and buyside M&A, corporate divestitures, and capital raises. Before graduate school, he was at ANZ after beginning his career at Citigroup.
Mr. Sargenti holds a B.A. from Boston College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
