Mr. Zimmerman is a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has over a decade of experience advising clients on valuation analyses relating to financial reporting, fresh-start accounting, acquisitions and divestitures, FIRPTA, depreciation studies, insurance purposes, and tax reporting purposes. He is based in the firm’s Houston office.
Mr. Zimmerman specializes in property, plant, and equipment valuation in various industries, including energy, oil and gas, consumer and industrial products, technology infrastructure, healthcare, food processing, and pulp and paper.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Zimmerman was a Senior Manager in the Economic and Valuation Services group of KPMG.
Mr. Zimmerman received a B.S. in Finance from Shippensburg University. He currently holds an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers and is a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Mr. Zimmerman is also a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT).
