Mr. Goudzwaard is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group, where he focuses on capital structure advisory engagements. Since joining the firm in 2009, he has advised clients on financial restructuring, liability management, capital raising, and M&A transactions across a range of industries. Mr. Goudzwaard is based in the firm’s Singapore office and has also worked in the firm’s London and U.S. offices.
During his career at Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Goudzwaard has advised on transactions across a wide range of jurisdictions in developed and emerging markets throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe, South America, and North America. His disclosable engagements include Arcapita, Biffa, Capmark Financial Group, China Fishery, China Shanshui Cement, CIFI, FESCO, Garuda Indonesia, Investment Dar, Las Vegas Monorail, Lehman Brothers, Malaysia Airlines, Marelli, Pacific International Lines, Pearl Holdings, Punch Taverns, Reliance Communications, Shimao, Smurfit-Stone, Suzlon Energy, and Times China.
