Mr. Heidinger is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services and FinTech groups, advising on M&A for both private equity and corporate clients across the U.K. and Europe. He is based in the firm’s London office.
Mr. Heidinger has extensive experience across sectors covered by the Financial Services and FinTech groups, including insurance, wealth, lending, and capital markets ecosystems.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey in 2021, Mr. Heidinger previously worked at Hines Associates, mainly focused on M&A in the financial services sector in the U.K.
Mr. Heidinger holds an MFE (Master of Financial Economics) from Western University (Ivey Business School) in Ontario, Canada, and a B.A. (Hons) in Economics from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada.
