Mr. Pyne is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group, with a focus on covering the specialty finance industry. He has nearly two decades of experience, primarily advising consumer and commercial finance companies on buyside and sellside M&A transactions and debt/equity capital raises. Mr. Pyne is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Mr. Pyne has significant transaction experience across a variety of subsectors, including ABL, auto finance, BHPH, equipment finance, factoring, home improvement finance, installment lending, MCA, and retail finance.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Pyne was a Senior Vice President in the Specialty Finance investment banking group at Stephens Inc. and held other investment banking roles at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Navigant Capital Advisors. Mr. Pyne began his career at Kiawah Partners, where he provided merchant banking services to the master developers of Kiawah Island in South Carolina.
Mr. Pyne holds a B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
