Mr. Chambers is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Restructuring Group. He has been involved in a wide range of in-court and out-of-court restructurings, liability management transactions, and distressed M&A transactions, working on behalf of both debtors and creditors across a variety of industries. Mr. Chambers’ notable transactions include Diamond Sports Group, GPS Hospitality, TGI Friday’s, GHP Group, North American Dental Group, China Fishery Group, Port of Wilmington, Jay Peak, and Floatel International. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Chambers spent four years in investment management at Barings, where he worked in the Global High Yield Group and Institutional Sales Group.
Mr. Chambers holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
