Mr. Hagen is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Industrials Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hagen worked at TM Capital, a middle-market investment bank, where he primarily focused on executing sellside M&A and debt and equity financing transactions. He previously worked at Lineage Capital, a private equity firm that invests in owner-managed businesses within the middle market.
Mr. Hagen graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in History.
