Mr. Sadeghi is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group, where he focuses on advising financial services companies on M&A, capital raising, and other corporate finance engagements. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Sadeghi was an Investment Banking Analyst at Wedbush Securities, where he worked on a range of M&A and capital markets transactions for clients across the financial institutions universe, including depositories, broker-dealers, specialty finance and mortgage lenders, FinTech firms, structured products issuers, investment managers, REITs, and homebuilders.
Mr. Sadeghi holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.
