Mr. Bouder is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Previously, Mr. Bouder worked at Triago, which was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2024. At Triago, he focused on primary mandate execution and secondary transactions throughout Europe.
Before that, Mr. Bouder worked as an Investor Relations Manager at Impact Partners. He also worked as a Private Capital Advisor at Athos Partners, where he focused on primary fundraisings for European private equity funds. Mr. Bouder began his career at Alantra France, where he spent three years in investment banking.
Mr. Bouder holds an M.S. in Strategy from EDHEC Business School.
