Mr. Shuck is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He is based in the firm’s New York office.
Previously, Mr. Shuck was a Corporate Finance Associate at Allen & Company LLC. While there, he focused on mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions within the technology, media, and sports sectors.
Mr. Shuck holds a B.A. in English and Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from Williams College.
