Mr. Felton is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Solutions Group. He has more than 15 years of debt and structured equity principal investment experience. Mr. Felton is based in the firm’s Atlanta office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Felton served as the Head of Capital Markets at Cascadia Capital, where he focused on advising private-equity-owned, family-owned, and public companies on both debt and equity financing transactions. Before that, Mr. Felton worked in Goldman Sachs’ Private Credit and Hybrid Capital Group.
Mr. Felton graduated from the University of Georgia with a Master of Accountancy. He is a CFA charterholder, and he is also a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia (inactive).
