Mr. Hancock is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services practice within the firm’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. He has more than a decade of financial and valuation experience with expertise in the valuation of illiquid, hard-to-value securities across the capital structure held by a wide range of alternative asset managers, including business development companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, limited partner investors, and corporations. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.
While Mr. Hancock has experience across a wide range of industries, he specializes in valuation and advisory solutions for the real estate sector, with experience across all major geographies, asset classes, and investment structures.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Hancock was a manager at Kotzin Valuation Partners, where he provided business valuation, financial reporting, and litigation consulting services.
Mr. Hancock holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University.
