Mr. Schwartz is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he co-leads the Facility & Residential Services practice. His practice features an emphasis on technician services, including models that maintain and repair building systems and equipment and provide ongoing asset management and regulatory compliance. Mr. Schwartz works on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and strategic advisory engagements. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
During the decade leading up to his current role co-leading Facility & Residential Services, Mr. Schwartz developed a specialization within engineering services as well as testing, inspection, certification, and compliance. Before that, Mr. Schwartz was a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Schwartz worked for The Gores Group, a private equity firm located in Los Angeles.
Mr. Schwartz holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
