Mr. Schwartz is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group, where he co-leads the firm’s Engineering & Infrastructure Services practice as well as the Facility & Residential Services practice. His practice features an emphasis on consulting and technician services, including models that develop, maintain, and repair essential infrastructure, building systems, and equipment, and provides ongoing asset management and regulatory compliance. Mr. Schwartz works on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and strategic advisory engagements. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
During the decade leading up to his current role co-leading the practice areas, Mr. Schwartz developed a specialization within engineering construction services as well as testing, inspection, certification, and compliance. Before that, he was a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Schwartz worked for The Gores Group, a private equity firm located in Los Angeles.
Mr. Schwartz holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
