Ms. Lim is a Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory business. Her responsibilities include portfolio valuation, tax and financial reporting and transaction advisory due diligence, fairness and solvency opinions, and business valuations. Ms. Lim is based in the firm’s Singapore office.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Ms. Lim provided assurance services for companies in the software, life sciences, and venture capital sectors while working at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ms. Lim earned a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
