Mr. André is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Business Services Group. He is based in the firm’s Paris office.
Over the course of his career, Mr. André has advised on approximately 20 M&A and financing transactions notably involving financial sponsors, including the sales of AMD to Attindas/AIP, Gimv’s acquisition of Cap Vert, Montefiore’s acquisition of FACE, Eurazeo’s acquisition of Netco, the sale of Essences & Parfums to Sagard, the sale of Petit Forestier to Wren House Infrastructure, the sale of House of HR to Bain Capital, the refinancing of Eureka Education, the fundraising of Forward College, CAPZA’s acquisition of Wifirst, the sale of The Reefer Group to Amundi, Eurazeo’s acquisition of Aroma-Zone, the sale of Impact Group to Ardian, the sale of Biscuit International to Platinum Equity, the sale of Exclusive Networks to Permira, and the sale of LMB Aerospace to Raise.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. André was a Director at Audere Partners (operating under Natixis Partners), in which Houlihan Lokey acquired a controlling interest in 2026.
Mr. André graduated with an M.A. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Corporate Finance and Banking from EDHEC Business School.
