Mr. Hibbs is a Director and leading member of the asset and wealth management investment banking practice within Houlihan Lokey’s Financial Services Group. He has advised on more than 40 completed transactions representing over $25 billion in closed M&A, financing, and restructuring deals. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2015, Mr. Hibbs was a member of the Market Structure and Asset Management team within the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan. Before covering financial institutions in investment banking, he worked in Strategy and Business Development at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Mr. Hibbs began his career as an M&A and Corporate Development Analyst at Bank of America, supporting the firm’s wealth and investment management division.

Mr. Hibbs holds an MBA, with distinction, from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and an M.A. in Economics, a B.A. in Economics, and a B.A. in International Relations, all from Boston University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
