Charles Hibbs

Vice President

Mr. Hibbs is a Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Corporate Finance business and Financial Institutions Group, where he specializes in mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, and other corporate finance engagements. He is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Before joining Houlihan Lokey in 2015, Mr. Hibbs was an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at J.P. Morgan. While at J.P. Morgan, he helped advise financial services clients on nearly $10 billion in mergers and acquisitions, and helped clients raise nearly $5 billion in debt and equity capital. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan’s investment bank, Mr. Hibbs was a Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at the Royal Bank of Scotland. He began his career as an Analyst at Bank of America.

Mr. Hibbs holds an MBA, with distinction, from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and an M.A. in Economics, a B.A. in Economics, and a B.A. in International Relations, all from Boston University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
